Screen printing refers to the use of a silk screen as a base plate and a photosensitive platemaking method to make a silk screen printing plate with images and texts. Printing is carried out based on the basic principle that the mesh holes of the graphic part of the screen printing plate can pass ink, while the mesh holes of the non-graphic part can not pass ink. When printing, pour the electronic packaging materials at one end of the screen printing plate, use a scraper to apply a certain pressure to the electronic paste part on the screen printing plate, and move it at a constant speed toward the other end of the screen printing plate. During the movement, the electronic packaging materials is squeezed from the mesh of the graphic part by the scraper onto the substrate, thereby forming the required functional electrodes and other functional layers, such as porous protective layers, insulating layers, etc.
